Those steely eyes above are a part of what The Rolling Stones are using to let fans know that something is brewing with the band that just celebrated their 50th anniversary.  The band wants everyone to download the uView app to be informed. Once you DO get the app, those eyes start blinking and the message "Keep your eyes peeled...." appears.

You have to guess that the elderly guys are going to launch some sort of tour.. they're old, but that doesn't mean that they still can't ROCK.
