The Moxi Theater – Live Music Venue In Greeley, Colorado

Being from Northern Colorado I have long thought that Greeley needed a real kickass live music venue much like the Aggie in Fort Collins. Since I have been doing radio in Northern Colorado have have had even stronger feelings about this subject. Well, my dreams may finally be coming true in the form of the Moxi Theater in Downtown Greeley, but they need your help to make it happen. 

The Crew Presents is a concert promotion and production company in Greeley that has been putting on shows in various spots around town since 2008. Now their fearless leader, Ely Corliss, wants Greeley to have a place we can call "the concert venue."

The Moxi Theater will be Greeley's premier multi-purpose live music venue. By opening the this venue downtown, the venue can consistently host larger events during the school year with higher ticket prices in an all-ages environment. Venues like the Aggie Theater and Hodi’s Half Note in Ft. Collins, The Fox Theater in Boulder, and The Marquis Theater and Bluebird Theater in Denver most closely represent the type of venue the Moxi will be in Greeley.

As cool as this sounds, one of the main reasons this probably hasn't happened before is because projects like this cost a ton of cash! The dudes putting it all together have gathered most of that cash by saving and such on their own, but they now need your help to fill in the gaps. They have started a Kickstarter program to get the Moxi off the ground.

If you are a Northern Colorado rock fan, please consider giving them a few bucks, because I can assure you that when this bad boy opens up and you are jamming to your favorite band in downtown Greeley, you will be happy you did!
