Wondering what places are open on Christmas for dinner in Colorado? How about a very unique option?  Sure, in "A Christmas Story," the Parkers had Christmas dinner at their local Chinese restaurant, but in Colorado may we suggest this particular place? When you consider all the places that are completely closed on December 25, finding out that this place will BE open and serving dinner seems odd, but fun.
