Adrian Mesa at Greeley’s Down Under Comedy Club Tonight and Saturday [VIDEO]

It was a long time coming... A good comedy club in Northern Colorado, specifically Greeley. Last February we got our wish, and Slate Entertainment Comedy Club at The Down Under opened up. Now almost a year into their adventure they are going strong. This Friday and Saturday night is your chance to see the Down Under and the winner of the Las Vegas Comedy Festival in 2003, Adrian Mesa!

Born in the crazy atmosphere of South Florida, this 1st generation Cuban-American comedian has shaped his own sunny-sided stand-up. He is equally adept at traditional stand-up, improvisation, and his very own brand of original guitar comedy. After doing comedy for half his life, this twenty-something has won various contests: Latino Laugh Festival in 2000 Winner of the Las Vegas Comedy Festival in 2003. He has featured on CBS' "Urban Latino" and Telemundo's MUN2, show "The Roof". Recently he has taken on New York City- a mecca for all artists. Aside from garnering props from pros at Carolines, or Stand-up New York, Adrian also has proven to be quite electric in the "alternative" rooms sprinkled through the Village.
