World’s First Penis Transplant!

Doctors in South Africa have given a 21-year-old man the first successful penis transplant in the world!

Last December, it took nine hours for surgeons from Stellenbosch University and Tygerberg Hospital to complete the operation. Now, after only a few months of recovery, the patient, apparently, has regained full penis function!

He has a new (used) fully-functional penis.

Dude. Some guy lost his penis and now he's got a new one. And it works!
