Doctors meet today (Monday) to discuss the health effects of pot use and determine new regulation recommendations.

Well, recreational marijuana has been legal for a year now, and it seems the rules might be changing for next year.

According to 9news, a panel of doctors (including pediatricians and addiction specialists) are finishing up their year-long study on the health effects of pot use. The panel was selected to determine regulations needed to protect public safety. They have until the end of the month to make consumer regulation recommendations.

I wonder if there will be some kind of massive regulation overhaul. I mean, I'm all for safety and education and everything...but it's been legal for a year now and Colorado hasn't exploded. Guess we'll find out soon!
