
Teen Arrested For Pipe Bomb Found at Centaurus High School
A teen has been arrested in Lafayette for putting an explosive device at the Centaurus High School. Yesterday, the school was evacuated due to a suspicious package that was found inside the school.
Police are questioning the 16-year-old, who is a student at the high school. No charges have been made at this time.
Officials are saying that the explosive was similar to a pipe bomb. Boulder County bomb squad was able to safely remove the bomb and detonate it safely in a dirt lot.
