Between the constant (and seemingly never-ending) road construction, inclement weather (winter is approaching), rising gas prices, the sole existence of crappy drivers (cmon, you know it's true), and several other nuisances, Colorado drivers just cannot catch a break.
Everyone in Colorado, and across the Country, have been enjoying gas-prices that have been much more agreeable to our bank accounts. However we may soon be heading back to unwanted familiar territory.
According to the Denver Post, gas prices in Colorado and the nation continue to fall and filling your tank below two dollars a gallon could be in the foreseeable future.
22 gas stations in Fort Collins are selling gas for under $2 per gallon. According to the website GasBuddy.com, the average price for a gallon of gas is $2.08.
Gas prices are still astronomical compared to what they used to be (remember being able to fill up your sedan for $18?); but at least they've fallen a bit from what they were last week, even if Fort Collins gas is still on the more expensive side.
On the bright side, gas prices here in Northern Colorado are not as high as in other places. Our boss has a daughter who lives in California and the prices there are around five bucks a gallon!
If you live in Loveland, Colorado you know there are lots of places to GET gas, but what location has the cheapest?
Come in to find out- and let us know where YOU get your gas in Loveland!
It’s no secret that gas prices have reached astronomical levels, but one town’s gas prices have apparently gotten so high that its mayor has gotten fed up with pumping money into the pumps.
That mayor is Tim Baldermann of New Lenox, Illinois, and he’s called for a boycott of the gas stations in his suburban town.
