Shinedown Talks About Push-Ups & Life With Butch [VIDEO]

As we were promoting our VIP Shinedown show at Ricky B's in Windsor I continuosly talked about my excitement, but hoinestly I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't know how accessable the band would be or if they would be too excited to play a small venue. Turns out they were just like a bunch of old friends hanging out. I got to talk to the guys before the show, and we caught it on tape.

While the crowd was filing into the venue I got to be the lucky guy who was hanging out with Brent Smith and Zach Myers of Shinedown in the green room. Our intern Marcus came back with me to film me talking with the guys, but before he could get the camera all set up Brent, Zach and myself had started chatting like old pals.

It was a wonderful experience to hang out with guys, and here is the part we caught on tape...
