Red Rocks: One of World’s Best Venues

Red Rocks was recently named one of the 15 most beautiful venues in the world.

Uhh, yeah. Obviously. Like we didn't already know that.

According to a recent ranking by thrillist , Red Rocks Amphitheater is one of the 15 best music venues in the entire world. They say, "The naturally formed, acoustically perfect amphitheater in the heart of the Rockies sits 6,500 feet above sea level, and affords unrivaled views...sunsets and starry skies."  

Seriously? Top 15? No. Way. Try...TOP 5.

Every time I see a show at Red Rocks, I know that the artist that's performing is just as excited (if not more) as I am to be there. It's not just-another-stop on the tour. It's incredible. I feel a swell of Colorado pride every single time I'm there.

And, I'll admit, I get a little bit of wicked satisfaction... every time an artist needs oxygen to breathe up there! Ha!
