So that's what they're calling it these days, huh? Actually, cuddling is all you get, and that's the business model that a New York woman, Jackie Samuel, is banking on. About a year ago, she launched, The Snuggery, a business offering a solid hour of cuddle time in exchange for a cool $60.

It has been scientifically proven that the human touch releases oxytocin, or happiness chemicals, into our brain. Some touch may release more than other kinds of touch, but that kind of touch is illegal to sell. Cuddling for money... Completely legal!

For $300 she will stay the night, but there is to be no kissing and the clothes stay on.  She also says there’s no touching where undergarments cover. I wonder how much begging and negotiating goes on in this woman's life...

Critics have compared her business to prostitution, but Samuels says no one is being degraded and no one is unsafe. She also says they’re not breaking any laws.
