Pirate Booty at the Denver Museum!
It opened today and runs through August!
Get the gang and imagine walking the gang-plank!
Going on now at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science is the exhibit-
"Real Pirates: The Untold story of the Whydah from Slave Ship to Pirate Ship"
Put on with the help of National Geographic, the exhibit features over 200 pieces- jewels, treasure chests, swords, gold coins and more! All from a ship that sank off of Cape Cod over 300 years ago.
The wreckage was discovered by Barry Clifford- an explorer who graduated from Western State- here in Colorado!
Tickets range from $7-$22.
It looks like a ton of fun to a guy who loves to say "Dar, Matey!"
