Maybe you can help us decide. This man decided to play a cruel joke on his girlfriend when he fooled her into believing her cat fell out of a high-rise window.

We give him credit for the effort involved -- the cardboard cutout of little kitty shows some serious thought. But we can't help thinking she may get the last laugh when he goes looking for some lovin'. If that's the case, then, yeah, he definitely should be slapped.
