Timnath to Welcome Very First Sit-Down Restaurant & Bar

Timnath, right outside of Fort Collins, is a small Colorado town, for sure. That doesn't mean that residents there don't yearn for a place to go a get a meal or cocktail without having to go into The Choice City. A Mexican restaurant in Loveland, with decades of family experience in the industry, is coming to Timnath; with the fans that they've made in Loveland, Timnath should need not worry.

Will An Actual Restaurant Begin to Change Timnath, Colorado?

I'm sure that there are more than a few folks in Timnath think that bringing an actual restaurant to town is a step towards the town becoming "too big for its britches," so to speak. For generations, the town has been a quiet little village; this place that serves food and cocktails could be the stepping stone to Timnath eventually becoming, not as big as Fort Collins, but maybe Loveland.

What Mexican Restaurant is Coming to Timnath?

Speaking of Loveland, Ruben's Grill + Cantina opened in The Sweetheart City in the spring of 2023, off of Crossroads Boulevard near I-25. In their short time, they've taken off; busy with dine-in customers, while also having a catering van. Their location had been known more than a few restaurants failing to get customers and recognition; that's not the case with Ruben's, named after the owner's grandfather.

When and Where Will Ruben's Be in Timnath?

The restaurant in Timnath, an off-shoot of Ruben's, will be named after the owners grandmother; the name I do not have, nor do I have the actual location. I was told by their Facebook team however, that the restaurant would be opening before 2026. I'm eager to be one of the first to enjoy the new place.
