My Favorite Fort Collins Food Truck: La Campechana
I love going to food truck rallies, but my go-to food truck is consistently at one location in Fort Collins.
My favorite food truck is La Campechana Mexican Food. The food truck is located on North College and Hickory. La Campechana has become a part of my Saturday tradition.
My girlfriend and I take our dog Lucy to Magpie Meander Natural Area and get delicious tacos, burritos, or empanadas at La Campechana afterward.
What to Order at La Campechana Mexican Food Truck
The staff is incredibly kind and the food is always tasty and fresh. I typically go for the Asada tacos or the empanadas.
I believe they might have the best empanadas in all of Northern Colorado.
