At approximately 2:00 AM on Sunday, November 2nd police officers arrived at E.51st Place near Biscay Street in Denver. Law enforcement responded to a call regarding a fight at a house party in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood.

It quickly escalated.

According to reports, there was a large fight that led to a 911 call.

Multiple Law Enforcement Agencies Respond to Shooting

Colorado State Patrol and Colorado Bureau of Investigation agents assisted the Denver Police Department in their investigation.

Officers Confront Armed Suspect at Scene

Officers heard gunshots when they arrived to the scene. Officials confirm that multiple people were running from the scene, and a man was spotted holding a gun, according to law enforcement.

The suspect was told to drop the weapon, but he allegedly refused. Reports claim that an officer shot at the gunman following this request.

Denver Investigation Finds Two Handguns and Three Victims

After the incident, Denver law enforcement searched the scene and found two handguns. There were three people shot before the officers responded to the call. Reports confirm that they all sustained "non-life- threatening injuries."

CBS reports that the injuries were mainly to their legs or lower extremities.

Denver House Party Suspect Remains At Large, No Updates on Gunman’s Condition

As of November 3rd at 9:20 AM, the suspect has still not been apprehended. There is no word if the gunman was injured in the incident.
