Intern Romero to Perform National Anthem and Halftime at Colorado Ice Game

The Colorado Ice will wrap up their regular season this coming Saturday night as they take on the Wyoming Cavalry at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland. On hand for the Madwire Fan Appreciation Night festivities will be our own Intern Romero who will open the game with the National Anthem and also perform at halftime.

The Ice are coming off of a tough home loss last week to the Nebraska Danger, but can end the season on a bright note with a victory over the last place Wyoming Cavalry. The Ice have already clinched a playoff spot, but can continue to improve their playoff positioning with the win.

And if the fast-paced Indoor Football game wasn't enough to keep you entertained, our very own Intern Romero will also be on hand to keep you having fun. For only the second time in his life he will be singing the National Anthem, and then will pull up a stool, grab his acoustic guitar, and rock out to a little Lynyrd Skynyrd at halftime.

Tickets are still available at thecolordaoice.com, at the Budweiser Events Center Box Office, and by phone at 970-472-0128. Tell 'em you want to sit in Butch's Iceburg!
