Holiday Food Drive Raises $2,776.36 And 14,158 LBS Of Food

MAX FM and our sister stations: TRI-102.5, K99 , AND 99.9 The Point hosted live broadcasts at Safeway Locations in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley on Saturday, November 20th, collecting food and monetary donations for the Food Banks of Larimer and Weld County.

Included in the totals were the most needed item this holiday season – TURKEYS!  More than 500 turkeys were donated on Saturday to Weld and Larimer Food banks on our HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE November 20th.  Larimer Food Bank alone, states that the donations their facility receive will provide enough food for 3,709 meals! $2,776 was collected during the food drive and 14,158 pounds of food was collected.
