Guy Uses Craigslist to Hire His OWN Killer

There are so many thing to buy, trade, get on Craigslist, that It can't be a surprise that some one would post for a killer.. their OWN killer.

Out of DENVER comes this story today (Aug 8) of a man who I guess had just had enough, logged onto the Craigslist and sought out someone to kill him.   I wondered 'where would you post that?'- simple:  'Rants & Rave'- of course.

From Channel 7:

In the ad, the man said he wanted "someone to come over and blow my (expletive) brains out. You have to promise to make sure I'm dead. Or if you wanna meet up somewhere, whatever. I don't really care."

"I also have an extremely ridiculous bad luck ratio, so I need to make sure that the job is finished correctly. You'd be doing me a huge favor if you did this for me, and I'd owe ya in hell."

The police were notified of the ad and a special team for at-risk people tracked down the Denver resident with his email and internet ISP address.  He was placed on a 72-Hour hold.

This all went down in early July, so I would be interested to see how the man is doing today.  Hopefully, he's moved on from looking for his own killer, to just some golf clubs!
