Greeley Police’s Crime Log Is a Must See For Me

Every day the Greeley Tribune highlights police activity from the day before. Some would think that it is sick and wrong to read and laugh about others troubles, but I am not one of those people! It just gives me confirmation that my crazy, jacked-up life isn't really that crazy or jacked-up. Plus, it's real unlike some of those bogus reality shows that are staged for entertainment. Here are some of the best reports from this last week... 

Dec. 13th: Police responded to a disturbance in Evans that had started at a Greeley Walmart, 920 47th Ave. Court. Officers found that a woman saw her fiancé with another woman at the Walmart. The woman kicked the man in the buttocks and slapped him on the side of the head. The argument continued as they went back to the Evans location. The woman was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Dec. 13th: An employee at Domino’s, 2412 8th Ave., reported that a customer became irate over a charge on his credit card. The caller said the man came to the store and egged it, telling employees to “go ahead and get the plate number, it’s stolen anyway.” Officers are investigating.

Dec. 14th: A man in the 1200 block of 26th Avenue told police there was another man at his apartment, refusing to leave, punching holes in the walls. The caller said he needed to go to work and didn’t want to leave the man there. Officers settled the situation.

Dec. 14th: A caller in the 400 block of 30th Avenue reported that this neighbors were harassing him by calling his landlord and reporting fake violations. The man said the neighbors were also looking in his windows. Officers responded.

Dec. 15th: A woman in the 2100 block of 16th Street reported that her sister was sending her text messages, calling her names. She wanted to file harassment charges.
