End of the World Cocktails

Ok, let's make it clear... I don't really believe the world is coming to an end tomorrow, but if it is I am sure as hell not going out sober! Here are a few cocktail recipes to help with the pain if something does happen, and if nothing does, it's still a great excuse to drink! 

Flaming Shot in the Dark

Ingredients

• 2/3 oz. Amaretto
• 1/2 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey's)
• 1 dash 151 proof Rum
• Shot glass

Directions

1. Layer Amaretto, then Baileys, then 151 proof rum on top.
2. Light the rum on fire. Drink with a straw, or extinguish and shoot.
3. Note: always be careful when dealing with fire.

The Shuffling Zombie

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. Creme de Almond
• 1 oz. 151 proof light Rum
• 1/2 oz. Rum, overproof/151 proof
• 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
• 1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
• 1 1/2 oz. Sour Mix
• 1 cherry
• Collins glass

Directions

1. Put everything except rum in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake.
2. Strain into a collins glass over ice
3. Add 151 proof rum on top.
4. Garnish with a cherry.

The Black Death

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Sloe Gin
• 1/2 oz. Amaretto
• 1/2 oz. Vodka
• 1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
• 1/4 oz. Triple Sec
• 1/4 oz. Lime Cordial
• 1/2 oz. Black Sambuca
• Orange Juice
• Collins glass

Directions

1. Put everything except orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake.
2. Strain into a collins glass over ice
3. Add orange juice to top

The Four Horseman Ride Again

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. Bacardi 151
• 1/2 oz. Goldschlager
• 1/2 oz. Jagermeister
• 1/2 oz. Rumple Minze
• Snifter glass

Directions

1. Spoon one layer at a time into snifter:
2. First Bacardi, then Jagermeister, then Rumpleminze, and finally the Goldschlager.
