Does the Polar Vortex Have Anything to Do With Female Anatomy? [NSFW]

We live in Colorado, so we expect it to be cold. Seems as though much of the rest of the U.S. isn't as used to the cold as we are, so they decided they needed some sort of scientific name for it being cold. They came up with "Polar Vortex." What's the first thing that pops into your mind when you hear that? Female private parts, maybe?
