Denver March to Honor Martin Luther King Jr.

Thousands march in Denver to celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

In honor of American civil rights champion Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., an estimated 40,000 people gathered to march in Denver today. The "Marade" ( a combination of a march and a parade ) began at 10am at City Park and ended at Civic Center Park downtown.

This year's celebration shattered last years's attendance records and was one of the largest in the country. Awesome!  What a beautiful day for it, too.
