The Colorado Eagles defeated the Ontario Reign 3-0 on Tuesday night at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland clinching the fourth seed in the ECHL Western Conference, giving Colorado home-ice advantage in the first round. The two teams will face off  again tonight at 7:05 p.m. in Colorado's final regular-season home game. The Eagles then travel to Las Vegas to wrap up the regular season with two games against the Wranglers Friday and Saturday.

Colorado's rookie goaltender, Damien Ketlo, made his debut for the team last night, and what a debut it was! Ketlo stopped all 27 shots that were taken at him giving him not only his first win as an Eagle, but his first shutout too. "That was very good for the young man," Colorado coach Chris Stewart said. "He should be proud of himself; he did an excellent job."

"We want to be playing good going into the playoffs and I think we're starting to strive towards that as a team," defenseman Jake Marto said. "We just have to keep that going, playing hard and practicing hard."
