74 Tons of Pot

That's how much legal, smokable marijuana we bought last year in Colorado.

According to a new report that documents the sale of legalized marijuana in Colorado during 2014, we bought 74 tons of the stuff. 74 TONS! That is a lot of pot.

In order to keep up with the demand, growers in the industry had to plant 17,000 new plants everyday. 17,000!  833 new shops and facilities opened up 2014 and almost 10,000 new badges were granted and issued to new industry workers.

And we've only just begun!
